Company History

Bueno Investments Limited was incorporated in July 2005 by directors Scott Goodall and Phillip Bueno after several years of successful investment in the residential property market - originally part time. The partners turned full-time after early success in the investment property industry. Scott and Phillip soon realised that there was lack of good companies in the industry offering quality property investment opportunities.

Bueno Investments initially started sourcing property deals through existing contacts within the industry. As popularity expanded and demand for new deals grew almost instantly, the directors have built an excellent team around them to allow for their sourcing, financial and customer relation capabilities to become market-leading.

Today, Bueno Investments Limited offers a complete service for any investor looking to profit from any aspect of property. We currently structure a diverse range of deals for our clients - ranging from single buy-to-lets starting from £40,000 to entire commercial sites valued at over £100 million, and even funds allowing for investor returns of over 40% per annum.

The company also structure deals in targeted countries overseas as well as having several development projects underway in the UK, which allow for packaged deals to be passed on to investors. As well as offering a complete property sourcing service, we have also developed relationships with a first-class team of solicitors, brokers and accountants to ensure an investor's every need is met.
